　　二、尼龍吊裝繩使用注意事項(xiàng)

　　1.不要使用已經(jīng)損壞的尼龍吊裝繩;

　　2.在吊裝時(shí)，不要打扭、絞吊裝繩;

　　3.避免超負(fù)荷使用吊裝繩;

　　4.避免震蕩負(fù)載;

　　5.每次使用吊裝繩前，必須檢查。

　　三、尼龍吊裝繩的報(bào)廢

　　1.嚴(yán)禁在80℃以上環(huán)境中使用;

　　2.嚴(yán)緊用鋒利工具鉤釣;

　　3.嚴(yán)禁使用時(shí)將尼龍吊裝繩在地上拖拉、摩擦

　　4.吊繩表面出現(xiàn)斷絲，磨損面達(dá)到3%，應(yīng)降級(jí)20%使用，磨損面達(dá)到6%，應(yīng)予以報(bào)廢;

　　5.吊繩出現(xiàn)伸長(zhǎng)5%,應(yīng)予以報(bào)廢;

　　6.吊繩出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重?cái)嘟z、斷股、打結(jié)，應(yīng)予以報(bào)廢;

　　7、嚴(yán)禁與酸、堿性溶液接觸，若有接觸應(yīng)立即報(bào)廢。
